As the corona virus is getting worse, people in South Korea extremely care about their health and throats by wearing masks or eating hot tea.
It is known that drinking warm water often helps to protect your throat from dryness and also save you from getting cold and sickness.
Today, I felt like some spicy soup and went to this fish soup restaurant located near Apollo Guesthouse, Yeongdeungpo-gu office station.
The restaurant is within 3 minute walk from exit 6 subway station.
For those of you who are not familiar with the Yeongdeungpo area, it is only 2 stops away from Hapjeong and Hongdae on Seoul’s main subway line 2.
The price is only 6,000 won per person, and yes, you can order alone and eat by yourself.
They also serve big plates for groups which has more side menus along with the main soup.
The kind of fish they offer is “Cod”.
As you can see on the picture, they give you a portable stove so that you can keep the soup delicious and warm while eating.
If you are not a fan of meats, why don’t you try this fish soup with many vegetables such as tofu and mushrooms.
